The most Magical Place In the World
I did it...I took the boys to Disney. I drove the 10 miles and spent the day in the most Magical Place in the World. I don't remember Disney being that cool; but from the eyes of a 5 and 3 year old...it was more than cool.
Of course, I took Maha with me...I wasn't brave enough to do it on my own. We had a great time and watching my kids dreams come true made me cry. Amer got to participate in the Disney parade (he helped carry the rope that kept people a safe distance away from the parade boats)...Kyce got to see Mickey's bedroom and Amer was amazed that Mickey liked football, too(helmet on his bed).
Finally..our last walk past the castle, the boys discussed building mommy a castle like Mikey's.

Feb was filled with school field trip and Birthday Parties
What a cool month it was...the month of love.
I experienced a wonderful day at the theater with Amer and his classmates. We saw a Junie B play. My morning started off on a school bus with 40+ kids. When I walked on the bus a few people behind Amer, I saw him sitting in a seat waiting for me. He says...mommy your seat is right here (patting the seat to sit next to him). I was thrilled that my boy didn't think I was 'un-cool' at least not yet; and that he wanted me to sit next to him. When we got to the play, he saved the seat next to him again...for ME! I loved every moment of it.
We also had a birthday...it was Daddy's birthday and we celebrated just the 4 of us. It was a nice small party and we LOVED our cake...more important daddy loved his gifts.
